Global Scaling Theory

Frequency Foundation is constantly researching new technology devices, particularly scalar technology systems that can project frequencies at a distance. To understand how these work requires some serious study of scalar systems.

What is it?

Copied part AW-Verlag website text:

With the aid of the so called Mueller fractal it is possible to find comprehensive views and conclusions about

  • Mass distribution of the universe
  • cause of forces like gravitation, electromagnetism, etc.
  • the essence of time,
  • preferred and avoided dimension ranges of nature for example for lengths, frequencies, temperatures, etc.,
  • distribution of prime numbers
  • interaction with DNA

The basic assumption of the theory appears very simple. In opposite to the – usually in science used – linear scales for many different physical properties, the theory of Global-Scaling assumes, that the natural scale is not linear but in first approximation logarithmic and in second approximations fractal and hyperbolic.

Who invented it?

Dr. rer. nat. Hartmut Müller, director of the Institute For Space-Energy-Research in memory of Leonard Euler (IREF), Wolfratshausen

Is there a certain approach to Resonant Frequency Therapy using Global Scaling calculations ? Obvious question; ‘should a given therapeutic frequency be a Fundamental Fractal ?’ Should an AM signal contain a proton FF modulated onto an electron FF, for example ?

Should a given therapeutic frequency maybe be the opposite of the above and as a rule ‘not’ be a Fundamental Fractal ?

How do we need to be thinking about the relationship of Global Scaling to Rife-tech ?

    Thank you,

Global scaling harmonics will have similar effects to the primary frequencies of pathogens. For this reason when using the F165 the three channels of output have the primary frequency and two global scaling harmonics.

Are the two global scaling harmonics related to, or derived from the primary frequency ? I noticed that nodals repeat at x7 intervals like every 7th harmonic. Is a 7 multiple part of the calculation ?

In most cases scalar harmonics are used, i.e. divide by exp(3).
In some cases the 7th harmonic has been used based on Anthony Holland’s work. https://youtu.be/1w0_kazbb_U
