Multivitamin Supplements

In response to questions about good multivitamin supplements, here is what I take myself after years of research and testing. I take Bioenhance on alternate weeks and Durk and Sandy Pearson’s Radical Shield on the other week. Radical Shield has a lot of niacin in it and will give you a niacin flush. Some people do not tolerate this well.

I find that www.iherb.com has excellent prices and customer service so I usually buy from them.

Hey Jeff: Have you ever tried Standard Process supplements ? They are food concentrates all (plant source) organically grown (animal source) organ & endocrine concentrates that are low temperature dried and concentrated. It is a family owned company started by a gentleman named Royal Lee in the 1930's. They own their own 1,000 acre organic farm from which they grow and derive a vast majority of their ingredients. Of all the supplements that I have tried I have found them to be by far the most effective even thought the vitamin levels are significantly lower than most multivitamins.

I think you would find them quite fascinating. Primarily because the doses of various vitamins are far below the mega doses of most supplements and yet their effectiveness is logarithmically greater in terms of restoring a sense of health and well being.

They have an extensive research library that has a diagnostic component (symptom survey and kinesiology testing for vitamin deficiencies)that goes all the way back to the 1930's.

    FYI

So Jeff: How do you feel on theses supplements as opposed to others you have tried over the years. Specific feelings and reactions would be most welcomed.

    Thanks,
