I am often asked about the “new” physics and avoid talking about it because much of what is said by new age enthusiasts is pure nonsense. However, Zpower Corporation has provided a good compiliation of articles from science journals that are accessible to someone who is not a practicing physicist. See “Zero Point Energy.” ZPE links the basic concepts of inertia, gravity, energy, electromagnetic fields, and scalar technology. Some of the effects of electromagnetic instruments and devices that act at a distance like the Advanced BioPhoton Analyzer can only be explained starting with an understanding of zero point energy.

I am working with Dale Fawcett to start a mentoring program for a limited number of people and this is the first of a series of notes that will point them in the right direction.

As Zpower Corporation points out:

Physicists recognize that we are immersed in an energetic field. The existence of the zero point electromagnetic energy was discovered in 1958 by the Dutch physicist M. J. Sparnaay. Mr Sparnaay continued the experiments carried out by Hendrick B. G. Casimir in 1948 which showed the existence of a force between two uncharged plates which arose from electromagnetic energy surrounding the plates in a vacuum.

Mr Sparnaay discovered that the forces acting on the plates arose from not only thermal energy (heat) but also from another type of radiation now known as classical electromagnetic zero point energy. Mr Sparnaay determined that not only did the zero point electromagnetic energy exist in a vacuum but also that it persisted even at a temperature of absolute zero. This term Zero Point Energy (ZPE) has been based on the concept that even if matter were cooled down to absolute zero (minus 273oC), in terms of its temperature, this energy field still remains.

Because it exists in a vacuum, ZPE is homogeneous (uniform) and isotropic (identical in all directions) as well as ubiquitous (exists everywhere). In addition, the intensity of the energy at any frequency is proportional to the cube of that frequency. Consequently, the intensity of the energy field increases without limit as the frequency increases resulting in an infinite energy density for the radiation spectrum. With the introduction of the ZPE into the classical electron theory, a vacuum at a temperature of absolute zero is no longer considered empty of all electromagnetic fields. Instead, the vacuum is now considered as filled with randomly fluctuating fields having the ZPE spectrum.

The special characteristics of ZPE are that it has a virtually infinite energy density and that it is ubiquitous (even present in outer space), which make it very desirable as an energy source. However, because high energy densities exist at very high frequencies, and because conventional methods are only able to convert or extract energy effectively or efficiently at lower frequencies, effectively tapping this energy source has been unavailable using conventional techniques. Consequently, ZPE which may be used to provide for society’s demanding energy needs has remained unharnessed.

I have now picked up initial cases of a new flu on the east coast (Massachusetts and Connecticut) and the west coast (Los Angeles). There are several viral strains carried by multiple parasites infected with candida, which is typical of a flu. The virus is not responsive to Oscillicoccinum in initial phases and become responsive in later phases. One of the viruses is responsive in the initial phases to Dolisos Dolivaxil but not the others. Aches and pains are responsive to Gelsemium 30C.

Symptoms start off as nasal congestion and running nose, progressing to gastrointestinal distress, followed by aches and pains in parts of the body where the viruses take hold. Running the frequencies below will eliminate most symptoms. You may need to run them a couple of times initially and then daily if symptoms persist.

If you followed my previous recommendations, you already have taken a course of Delisos Dolivaxil and the infection may be minor. I wouldn’t count on your flu shot to protect you from all the different viral strains and recommend Dolivaxil even if you have a flu shot.

The parasites and candida will depress your immune system. Make sure you are taking Transfer Factor Plus. The latest version increases immune function by 4-6 times and it is the first dietary supplement ever approved for use in Russian clinics and hospitals. Dr. Kisielevsky of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences noted, “The 4Life sample [Transfer Factor Advanced Formula] activated NK (natural killer) cell activity more than the Interleukin-2 (IL2) drug we used as the standard.” Call Dale Fawcett at (360) 598-6585 to order some.

This year I have started to use scalar octaves as they cut the time needed to eliminate pathogens by 66%. Here are the initial frequencies. More may be added as the flu epidemic unfolds. You can run this program in an F160 or F155. For the FSCAN2, use orginal frequencies in the comments with a wobble of 15 for frequencies above 10000hz and a wobble of 4 for frequencies below 10000hz.

As someone with a Ph.D. in Biometrics, and an M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University, I am appalled at what we have done to the mindset of physicians when we told them than many of their drugs were no better than the placebo effect.

They should have interpreted this to mean that their drugs are often worthless and that the placebo effect, which can stimulate powerful drug generation in the human body, is much better than drugs for many purposes.

They, of course, often twisted this in their minds to mean that their drugs were good and the placebo effect was worthless.

Anything that stimulates a placebo effect should be used extensively, as it often gets the job done without the negative side effects of drugs, and you completely avoid medication error, the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S.

At the Stanford Medical School when I was studying biostatistics there, we had every patient in the hospital on a clinical trial protocol. That made all results better because the placebo effect was helping to cure the patients in every case. This effect is a combination of improved immune system function due to positive attitude (now proved to be true in the medical literature), better care of the patient because care providers paid attention to the clinical protocol, and the powerful chemicals that the human body can internally generate that do the job without the negative side effects of synthetic drugs or medication errors caused by drug interaction, inappropriate dose, or simply giving the medication to the wrong patient (something that kills thousands of patients every year in our hospitals).

The placebo effect is always the best drug alternative available and physicians should always try to generate it to help them out when treating a patient. That is what we did at Stanford for every patient in the hospital.

Vaccine makers, governments to discuss threat of outbreak

WASHINGTON – The World Health Organization has called an unprecedented summit meeting of flu vaccine makers and nations to expand plans for dealing with the growing threat of a flu pandemic.



Sixteen vaccine companies and health officials from the United States and other large countries already have agreed to attend the summit next week in Geneva, Switzerland, on Nov. 11, said Klaus Stohr, influenza chief of the United Nations’ health agency.



With increasing signs that bird flu is becoming established in Asia and several worrisome human cases that can’t be linked directly to exposure to infected poultry, it’s only a matter of time until such a virus adapts itself to spread more easily from person to person and cause a severe worldwide outbreak, he said.

“We believe that we are closer to the next pandemic than we ever were,” Stohr said Sunday in an interview before a speech at an American Society for Microbiology meeting in Washington, D.C.

The world’s total capacity for flu vaccine now is only 300 million doses, and it would take at least six months to develop a new vaccine to fight a pandemic. The WHO wants to get “all issues on the table,” monetary and scientific, that prevent getting more vaccine more quickly, he said.

“If we continue as we are now, there will be no vaccine available, let alone antivirals, when the next pandemic starts,” Stohr said. “We have a window of opportunity now to prepare ourselves.”

Pandemic could threaten millions. Flu kills about 36,000 people in the United States and a million worldwide each year by conservative estimates, Stohr said. But tens of millions die in a pandemic, which occurs every 20 to 30 years, when a flu strain changes so dramatically that people have little immunity from previous flu bouts.

There were three pandemics in the 20th century; all spread worldwide within a year of being detected.

The worst was the Spanish flu in 1918-19, when as many as 50 million people worldwide were thought to have died, nearly half of them young, healthy adults. More than 500,000 died in the United States.

The 1957-58 Asian flu caused about 70,000 deaths in the United States, followed by the 1968-69 Hong Kong flu, which caused about 34,000 U.S. deaths.

Industry urges more research after study links cell-phone use, tumors

WASHINTON–The wirless industry last week dismissed a new study it helped fund that found long-term mobile-phone use can increase the risk of a benign tumor know as acoustic neuroma, research that comes as wireless health litigation shows signs of being resuscitated in the courts.

The study, coordinated by the World Health Organizaiton as part of the 13-nation Interphone research program, urged caution in interpreting the finding of increased risk of acoustic neuroma on the side of th ehead where the handset is placed for individuals with 10 or more years of cell-phone use.

Jury awards $2M to family of teen killed by drive using cell phone

WASHINGTON–A Virginia jury awarded $2 million to the family of a teenage girl killed after being struck by a car driven by a lawyer talking on her cell phone, capping another lawsuit at a time when the wireless industry, federal regulators and state legislatures struggle to convince the public that talking and driving don’t mix.

The verdict was delivered earlier this month in Loudoun County Circuit Court, located just outside of the nation’s capital. Jan Wgner, 33, a lawyer at the time with Cooley Godward L.L.P., hit and killed 15-year old Young-ki Yoon with her Mercedes the night of March 8, 2000.

According to news reports and lawyers involved in the case, Wagner did not stop and continued on until she reached her home. Wagner reportedly stated she thought she hit a deer.

Everyone has a home remedy for the flu and mine is being passed around on the internet so I’m posting it here as well. Of course, anyone who takes my advice is performing research on themselves at their own risk, and really should be working with their health practitioner. Remember, Madame Curie died of radiation poisoning by experimenting on herself.

Speaking of radiation poisoning, this month a study from Europe showed that the average CAT scan generates the same radiation dose that a Hiroshima survivor received at 1.5 miles from ground zero. For every 1200 CAT scans, the authors estimate that one cancer tumor is induced by radiation poisoning. I asked one of my physician colleagues at Massachusetts General Hospital how many CAT scans they do every week and it is astronomical. You could experiment on yourself over there as well, but I digress.

The flu can be hazardous to your life so it is best to be prepared. That doesn’t mean you need a flu shot. There are other alternatives.

For flu protection, I use Delisos Dolivaxil. One dose tube a week for three weeks and then skip three weeks and another dose tube. It has all the flu strains identified by WHO for this year in it and it works as effectively as flu vaccine. Better yet, no flu vaccine side effects. You may need your health practitioner to order this.

For those of you who are still skeptics about homeopathy, refer to my earlier posting this month on the definitive paper on proof of the homeopathic effect. Anyone who argues against it must now prove that five of the leading laboratories in Europe all made the same mistake at once. Even Randi the Magician will have a hard time with that.

If you get the flu, Oscillicoccinum will usually stop it in its tracks. I have never heard of anyone who died from the flu who took it. You can put a single tiny pellet in a bottle of water, shake it up and sip as needed throughout the day.

Oscillicoccinum is in every health food store and whole foods supermarket in the country and is Boiron’s top selling product. I tell everyone they are risking their life if they don’t have this in their medicine chest. The flu vaccine does not prevent the flu a lot of the time even it you get the flu shot. Everyone needs this homeopathic remedy.

Finally, anyone over 40 who is not taking Transfer Factor Plus should seriously evaluate their health strategies. It boosts the immune system by 4-6 times, better than any immune supplement and I have tested dozens of them. You can call Dale Fawcett in Seattle at (360) 598-6585 for that. Tell him I sent you.

I’ve stopped a flu epidemic in an office of 50 people, every one of them infected, in one afternoon with Oscillicocinum and an immune supplement. I got tired of having to disinfect myself with Rife frequencies every day. Some of the staff went home and said it cured their babies from nursing.

Of course, whenever I do this, I take flak from my fellow healthcare executives who want to avoid any liability. (It is usually not the physicians who complain as they tend to take my advice). So usually I just irradiate my office with a Rife protocol and make anyone who comes in sign a release form.

Failing all of the above, the Rife protocol for the flu will be posted within a few days of an outbreak. Last year we beat the CDC and state health agencies in announcing the flu epidemic. I attended a Los Angeles Health Department briefing on their bioterrorism alert network at the American Medical Directors of Information Systems meeting recently. The LA team was almost as fast in picking up the epidemic and much faster than health departments in the Northeast. They did it by monitoring the purchase of cold remedies in drugstores in the LA area and produced very cool colored maps of hot spots.

So people buying their own home remedies for the flu are the canaries in the coal mine that announce the flu epidemic to public health officials.

The cellphone is one of the most significant electromagnetic radiation hazards in the world today because of widespread use and close proximity of the head to the phone. Over the past few years, I’ve posted information on devices to add to your cellphone to minimize the effect of cellphone radiation which has been clearly shown to have negative effects on cell function. You can test it for yourself on your own blood samples.

A new device called a Green8 does a better job than any previous device I have tested. It not only minimizes the electromagnetic hazard, it balances your meridians, i.e. it turns the cellphone into a healing instrument. Electromagnetic fields can be helpful or harmful to cells depending on frequency, power, and exposure. This device appears to make the cellphone helpful rather than harmful, at least for short exposures!

The Green8 neutralizes the radiation from a cell phone by creating a form (holoform) for the radiation to propagate through. Normally radiation is very chaotic and noisy and full of distortion. This noise interferes with our electrical bodies (all animals are electro-chemical) so we get fatigued. The Green 8 is simply placed inside your cell or cordless phone’s battery compartment and the radiation is neutralized. The Green 8 and PST products organize the radiation into a coherent signal with less noise so that the body can cope with easily. The testing shows that our body function is maintained at a normal, health state.

The graph above shows one such test that was performed in Helsinki, Finland in 2001. It shows energetic balance or healthy body function when the reading comes between 45 and 55. The first reading of 51 is a baseline reading which shows balanced body function with no radiation nearby. The second reading of 60, which shows abnormal body function, was taken when the cell phone was on but not calling (in the individual’s lap). The next reading of 63 shows another stressed or abnormal body function. This reading was taken while the phone was transmitting a call showing us that the body function state while a cell phone is “ready to receive” but not calling is almost as elecro-magnetically stressful as a phone which is actually making a call! The 4th and 5th readings show that when the Green 8 is installed the body function is back in balance both while in “ready to receive” and “make a call” mode respectively. These tests were performed by a doctor who was using the “Best System” designed by the Biomeridian company (www.biomeridian.com).

H. Pylori is a common infection that is easily knocked out by electromagnetic frequencies. Of course, as Royal Rife said, if you can’t find the right frequency, nothing will work. People are sometimes stumped when I tell them exactly how I work with a Cameron Aurometer, an FSCAN2, an ABPA, and an F160 to precisely identify the frequency of an organism. They become totally preoccupied with the Cameron Aurameter, a high tech dowsing device. What they need to be preoccupied with is the biological science so they know where to look for frequencies, what type of frequencies to look for, how many and what type of frequencies are likely to be required, and the best way to develop an effective protocol to deliver the frequencies to the target organism.

Studying the scientific literature is the most important thing. You will never get the right frequencies unless you understand the biology of the organism. The next most important thing is to have an objective means to crosscheck results with a device like the FSCAN, an approved medical device in Switzerland for years and now in Germany.

In addition, having a group of researchers test a frequency set on multiple individuals and providing essential feedback on results is important. Ideally, 100% of the people get a positive result 100% of the time.

H. pylori tips off host. Pathogenic bug is shown to trigger inflammation by injecting peptidoglycan. But why?

Helicobacter pylori triggers gastric inflammation by injecting peptidoglycan from its cell wall into epithelial cells, where it is recognized by an intracellular pathogen recognition molecule, researchers report in Nature Immunology this week.

Richard Ferrero and colleagues at Institut Pasteur in France note in their paper that H. pylori strains carrying the cag pathogenicity island (cagPAI) are known to be more often associated with severe gastric inflammation and its pathogenic consequences in humans, but the mechanism underlying the link had been poorly understood…

“It’s interesting biology because the organism is signaling the host by purposefully—adaptively—injecting pieces of its own cell wall into the [host] cells. So one of the questions that raises is, why is H. pylori doing that?” said Martin J. Blaser, from New York University School of Medicine.

The question should be viewed in the context of H. pylori as an often lifelong infection, said Blaser, who was not involved in the study. “I think that part of the message here is that H. pylori has co-evolved with humans, and it’s evolved in a way that provides for persistence of the bacterium over decades.”

Positive mood associated with activity in the left prefrontal lobe of the brain signficantly enhances immune response. Furthermore, Michael Eaglemeare reports on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/electroherbalism/message/1555 that the frequency 263.1hz stimulates the left prefrontal lobe. I’ve tested this and it appears to work a little better at 236.11hz so I am inserting the following in my F100 programs:

For FSCAN users this means use 263.11hz with a square wave, positive offset. Eaglemeare recommends no more than five volts, so use the five volt port on an FSCAN2.

Affective style and in vivo immune response: Neurobehavioral mechanisms

Considerable evidence exists to support an association between psychological states and immune function. However, the mechanisms by which such states are instantiated in the brain and influence the immune system are poorly understood. The present study investigated relations among physiological measures of affective style, psychological well being, and immune function. Negative and positive affect were elicited by using an autobiographical writing task. Electroencephalography and affect-modulated eye-blink startle were used to measure trait and state negative affect. Participants were vaccinated for influenza, and antibody titers after the vaccine were assayed to provide an in vivo measure of immune function. Higher levels of right-prefrontal electroencephalographic activation and greater magnitude of the startle reflex reliably predicted poorer immune response. These data support the hypothesis that individuals characterized by a more negative affective style mount a weaker immune response and therefore may be at greater risk for illness than those with a more positive affective style.

Intrigued by comments on hair loss and frequency effects I analyzed many different cases of Alopecia Areata. Recently, my son returned from Baghdad with an itchy scalp and sure enough, he picked up the “bald head virus!” It was a good opportunity to test him carefully and update the frequencies.

In every case of complete hair lost I found a virus with frequency 365466 and in most cases of partial hair loss, I found the bacterial form of the virus predominated with frequency 254466. As you will recall from previous postings with a photo of the SV40 virus attacking a cell, there are four components of a virus that can be seen in the photo. So you need four frequencies.

In testing a few people with little hair loss I found the same organism so the virus is quite widespread. I suspect that the observed genetic predisposal to hair loss is confounded by the fact that familial infections are common.

In any event, the following F100 program wipes out the virus. If you have a plasma device that only operates below 10000hz, then devide the frequencies by 64.
