I am analyzing the first case of Jakob-Creutzfeldt disease (CJD). Initially I determined the prion frequency which is always in the low 1000 hz range and from that worked out the viral frequency set. Double checking Google images of animals with Mad Cow Disease I got identical numbers. I then searched PubMed and found over 15000 citations on prion papers. Looking at an interesting one, I found another strain of the same virus. There are probably other strains that I will need to identify later yet posting two critical ones is enough to get you started.
